About Sente Circle

Sente Circle is a simple digital ledger and reminder tool for Uganda’s informal savings groups, including church groups, market associations, boda-boda associations, chamas, and women’s cooperatives.

We are building it to replace unclear paper records with contribution histories, balances, loan records, and reminders that treasurers and members can easily verify. Our goal is simple: after collection day, nobody should need to ask whether their payment was recorded.

Sente Circle does not collect or move group money. It keeps the shared record clear while every group continues using the collection method it already trusts.
